Hi foodies,ever thought of a detox diet,think smoothies. Smoothies can range from vegetables to fruits and are super healthy especially for people who want to lose weight or who want a detox diet. To be honest, i can't get enough of them. It saves time and energy, the ingredients are crazy affordable and delicious too.

Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup sliced Strawberries
- 1 (250ml) carton low-fat Vanilla yogurt
1)Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2)Serve immediately.

Note: If you want a more sophisticated taste, put a scoop of ice-cream and blend together or even stir. You will love it!!!Am salivating!!! This can be a nice starter for your friends.
